helpful staff and good location, exceptional rates. special note of thanks to receptionist. to go to royal tasmanian botanical gardens it will take you 10 min walking. the rooms met requirements.

Nice place to stay in Hobart, no complaints. A fine base for our city trip, would return there. We liked the view from the room. Location met what we needed.
